· Female, single, max 30 years old, attractive
· Min D3 preferably in Secretarial Academy
· Min 5 years related experience, preferably Senior Staff in Secretarial / Executive
· Excellent in English & Mandarin is a must
· Able to maintain the general filling system & correspondence
· Fast learner, hard working, have sense of urgency & highly motivated
· God personality & interpersonal skill with excellent communication skill

Shipping Administration
· Female, max 28 years old, min S1 Management
· Min 2 years related experience
· Proficient in English & Mandarin is an advantage
· God knowledge of hipping procedure for export / imports & understand L/C methods
